The Islington Climate Centre

The Islington Climate Centre will be a lively hub for local community groups and residents who want to address the impact of the changing climate on Islington. On Saturdays (23 March, 2 April, 23 April, 7 May and thereafter) you can visit the new Climate Centre in the Angel Centre. If you are interested in events on specific days, you should look at the website. Run by volunteers, the Climate Centre will serve as a vibrant community hub and education centre, building community resilience and adaptation for a sustainable future in Islington and beyond. It is part of the Climate Emergency Centre Network, inspired by existing centres including Zero Carbon Guildford as well as community group initiatives such as Think & Do Camden. Imagine 2030 and Sustainable UCL.
